• Do not smoke on the premises.
• Learn how to treat your own minor illnesses.
• To respect our home visiting and out of hours emergency services.
• PLEASE Cancel appointments if you cannot attend. Frequent failures to attend appointments may result in your removal from our list.

You can expect:

• Confidentiality from all staff
• Access to your medical records via practice manager.
• Repeat prescriptions available within 2 working days.
