Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on long term medicines, and it has been agreed by a doctor, you may order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:


  • Using the computer tear off slip - hand the slip in at reception or post in the box at reception
  • Online via Patient Access:
  • By email:
  • Via your local pharmacy


Your prescription will be ready 48 hours later, except if ordered on a Friday when it will be ready the following Tuesday after 14:00.


Patients requesting a prescription for minor illnesses or over the counter remedies can only be issued with a prescription if they have discussed it with a doctor.


After 6 repeat prescriptions, you will be asked to see your doctor for review of your medication.
