Listen to Neighbourhoods

NHS Manchester Clinical Commissioning Groups are committed to involving the public in shaping the future of our health and social care services.  As part of ‘A healthier Manchester’ and our Locality Plan we want to encourage and support the public to lead a healthier life.  We would like to gather feedback about how they feel we can support them to lead a healthier life, please spend a few moments completing the survey below https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Listeningtoneighbourhoods

Home Visits

Home visits take 4 times longer than seeing you in surgery, and we cannot offer the same range of medical services at home. Visits are restricted to housebound patients - mainly the elderly and chronically sick.-

If you need a home visit, please contact the surgery before 11:00. The receptionist will ask a few details and will then pass the message on to the GP who will contact you by telephone or visit later on in the day. Please note that the visiting doctor may not be your own.

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
